A house held up by nine pillars, each one a part of a well-lived life

Walk Through Your House

Nine pillars hold up a life: your body, mind, relationships, purpose, inner life, money, growth, surroundings and the way you live an ordinary week. Choose a pillar, rate five statements from 1 to 5, and watch it change on a picture of your house. You get small, practical next steps, and you can come back in six months to see how far you have moved. It takes about two minutes a pillar.

The First Minute

Something was said, and now the air feels heavy. Before it turns into an argument, take a minute. Describe what happened and get a few kind ways to see it from the other side, what may be getting misunderstood, and an easy sentence to start with. Couples can do it together, each answering privately.

Nothing is saved or sent anywhere. A communication guide, not therapy or a diagnosis. If anyone is in danger, call 9-1-1.
